Through technological upgrades and management optimization, we are dedicated to building a highly efficient, clean, and low-carbon green manufacturing system. In 2025, our headquarters was certified as a national-level "Green Factory", and Changhong Feishi was awarded the title of "Zhejiang Provincial Green Factory". These certifications stand as authoritative recognition of our comprehensive green management practices.
Optimizing the Energy Structure
We actively deploy clean energy, promoting the construction of rooftop distributed PV (Photovoltaic) power stations at our production bases such as Taixing in Jiangsu. In 2025, our cumulative photovoltaic power generation reached 6.22 million kWh, and our cumulative green electricity usage exceeded 21.83 million kWh. We continue to increase the proportion of clean energy consumption while steadily advancing our carbon reduction targets.
Driving Energy Conservation and Emission Reduction
Through continuous energy-saving technological transformations and refined energy management, the company's total greenhouse gas emissions in 2025 decreased by 7% compared to the previous year.

Green Materials & Mercury-Free Technology
- Our independently developed high-performance alkaline batteries are already produced without mercury, cadmium, or lead, eliminating heavy metal pollution at the source. After disposal, these batteries can be safely managed with household waste without requiring special recycling, effectively reducing the burden of end-of-life disposal. Regarding supply chain management, we mandate compliance with green environmental protection principles, driving upstream suppliers to align with our stringent standards in environmental management and pollutant control, thus building a responsible green supply chain.
High Performance & Long Life
- Alkaline BatteriesOffer 3 to 7 times the capacity and discharge duration of traditional carbon-zinc batteries, significantly extending replacement cycles and reducing waste at the source.
- Lithium-ion BatteriesWe continue to research and develop high-energy-density and long-cycle-life technologies. We have successfully developed products like the 21700-5000mAh high-capacity battery, indirectly reducing resource consumption by extending product service life.
Smart Manufacturing: Reducing Losses & Improving Efficiency
- By utilizing intelligent technologies such as 5G+AI visual inspection, we have achieved a production line first-pass yield of 99.92% and reduced the in-process scrap rate by 10-20%, significantly minimizing resource waste during production.
